How to lose weight?
"WEIGHT LOSS" does this word distress you or makes you lose your sleep? Is it really that bothering? I sometime ponder why it troubles everyone so much. It's obvious, a person like me who strive to gain weight cannot understand :-) (though I won't mind few easy tips to gain some weight). It's rightly said that no one can understand the state unless you experience it.
I have seen my near and dear ones struggling, losing their sleep for this cause. People want some magic to happen overnight. We must be cognizant of the fact that everything demands time and commitment.
So how it would be identifying a facile technique which is quicker to implement and yet delivers the result you expect. Many easy tricks are available all over internet guiding you to lose tons of flesh. I will reveal one of the easiest way that has helped my family members. All it needs is a slight tweak in the daily routine with a little or almost no effort.
Swap the all-or-nothing approach for one or two healthy switch-ups in your daily routine. Doing this can lead to more weight loss than you ever imagined.
Think what it can be ?
I know you all must have thought of some or other thing by now..No no no, don't worry, it's not switching daily jogging regime, not running miles and to your surprise not even rigorous exercise in gym, not even cutting down on your meals.. "No DIETING please". Eat in a normal way rather I would suggest, eat more but have short and frequent meals.

So coming straight to the point, revealing the magical trick.. all you need to do is simply follow two additional steps in your every day routine:
1. Drink lemon honey lukewarm water early morning empty stomach (this is a mandate)
2. In place of milk tea take green tea half an hour before/after meals (you can skip this for breakfast time but do take this for lunch and dinner)
3. You can also try taking curry leave every morning with water.
Within two to three months, you will get noticeable change.. You need to follow these steps religiously to feel the difference.
